About Our Office
Our office is located in central Leeds, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of Leeds Railway Station. The building is fully accessible with lift access to our second-floor office suite.
We maintain a comfortable, private consultation space where you can discuss your circumstances confidentially. While we welcome walk-ins during office hours, booking an appointment ensures you receive dedicated time with one of our specialist advisors.
If visiting our office isn't convenient, we also conduct consultations via video call or telephone. Many of our clients prefer this option, particularly for initial assessments and follow-up discussions.
Getting Here
By Train
Leeds Railway Station is approximately 600 meters from our office, about an eight-minute walk. Exit the station onto City Square, head northeast on Park Row, and turn right onto Wellington Street. We're in the red-brick building on the left side.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes stop on Wellington Street or nearby at City Square. The closest stops are Wellington Street (Stop WS) and City Square (Stop CS1), both within 100 meters of our building.
By Car
The nearest car park is Wellington Place Car Park on Wellington Street, approximately 200 meters from our office. On-street parking is limited and subject to restrictions, so we recommend using the car park for visits longer than thirty minutes.
Accessibility
The building entrance is level with the pavement, suitable for wheelchair users. A lift provides access to all floors. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please mention them when booking your appointment so we can ensure everything is prepared.

Before You Contact Us
For an initial inquiry, simply outline your situation and what you're hoping to achieve. If you proceed to a consultation, we'll provide a specific list of documents to bring or send, which typically includes proof of identity, recent bank statements, income documentation, and any relevant medical evidence or previous benefit correspondence.
We provide a brief initial conversation at no charge to understand your situation and explain which services might help you. This typically takes ten to fifteen minutes and can be done by phone, email, or in person. Detailed assessments and ongoing work are charged according to our published service rates.
We usually schedule initial consultations within three to five business days of your first contact. If your situation is urgent, such as an imminent appeal deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you sooner.
Yes, we work with clients throughout England, Wales, and Scotland. While our office is in Leeds, much of our work can be conducted remotely through video consultations, phone calls, and secure document exchange. Benefit regulations are largely consistent across the UK, though we're familiar with regional variations.
We offer flexible payment plans for services over £300, allowing you to spread costs over several months. Additionally, we can direct you to free advice services in your area if our fees genuinely aren't workable for your budget. We'd rather help you find appropriate support than leave you without guidance.
Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Details you share with us are used solely for providing our services and are stored securely in compliance with UK data protection regulations.
